Documentation Requirements

Fall 2017

  • September 8, 2017 - MS Project, Resume and Research due for everyone except the new students that started in Fall 2017.
  • September 8, 2017 - Resume due for new students that started in Fall 2017.
  • October 6, 2017 - MS Project due for all students.
  • November 10, 2017 - MS Project due for all students.
  • December 8, 2017 - MS Project due for all students.

Documentation requirements(from the MicroEP Handbook):
  1. Required for MEPH 5811, 5911, 6811, 6911, 5821, 5831 enrolled students and highly recommended for all students:
    • One page resume, (updated GPA, travel grants, etc.) List of all publications published, submitted and planned and all conferences attended on a separate page(s) (updated first full week of September and February)
    • Research document between student, major professor, and MicroEP assistant director (updated first full week of September and February. Not required during the first semester of a degree program.) See an MicroEP Handbook. Here is an example of the Research Document.
    • Research path defined in Microsoft Project (updated monthly as described in the project document. Not required during the first full month of a degree program.)
  2. Required for MEPH all students:
  • Curriculum/degree plan (updated each semester as part of the advising cycle, and required before enrollment for the following semesters).
  • Research path defined in Microsoft Project (updated monthly as described in the project document. Not required during the first full month of a degree program.)
  • Resume, including a list of all publications published, submitted and planned and all conferences attended (updated first full week of September and February)
